Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Service Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without valid justification, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Quality Issues

If the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in our project agreement and we are unable to make necessary corrections after reasonable attempts, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

3. Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged multiple times for the same service, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charges.

4. Service Cancellation Before Commencement

If you cancel the service before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of the issue arising. Your request should include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Project or order reference number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
  • Preferred refund method

Step 2: Review Process

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Step 3: Resolution

Once a decision is made, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the timeline outlined below.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the following timeline applies:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Wire Transfers: 10-15 business days

Please note that the actual time may vary depending on your financial institution. Zak Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom Work Completed: Once custom deliverables have been completed and approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third-party services, plugins, licenses, or tools that have been purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • Consultation Fees: Time spent on consultations, planning sessions, or project scoping is non-refundable once completed.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable files, templates, and digital resources are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Expired Claims: Refund requests made more than 30 days after the issue arise are not eligible for consideration.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply because you have changed your mind about the service after work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time, subject to the following terms:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we begin work, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

During Active Development

If you cancel during the project, the following applies:

  • Initial Phase (0-25%): 75% refund
  • Development Phase (26-50%): 50% refund
  • Final Phase (51-75%): 25% refund
  • Near Completion (76-99%): 10% refund

After Delivery

Once the final deliverables have been approved and delivered, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued post-delivery unless quality issues can be documented.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with us directly. We are committed to finding amicable solutions.

For unresolved disputes:

  • We will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation
  • If unresolved, either party may seek mediation from a mutually agreed-upon mediator
  • All disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zak Technologies operates
